First, please note - we can not manage your approval process, this is entirely up to Facebook. Although, we have not had any issues getting applications approved. If you're having issues, we're here to help you with getting things fixed and back on track. When connecting with support about a "not approved" application, please provide screenshots of the notes from Facebook themselves.
Also, it's important that you have followed the instructions inside the training area, as this will help you get over the issues you may have.
Known Issues :
APPLICATION STOPPED COMMUNICATIONS : This comes from your campaign being to human like, or even not setup like we outline. During the approval process, they will test the application and if the communication or "flow" of the campaign (bot) doesn't seem correct. They immediately click "not approved", this is not a black list or anything of that nature. You can simply communicate with support and we'll help you get back on track.
