First, we will never be held responsible for Facebook approval times, there is absolutely nothing we can do you help you speed that up. There has been reports of approval response within an hour to some taken a few days. We've been unable to see a pattern in the process to determine a variance.
Be patient, it's Facebook - they have 1.9 Billion users and something like 10 Million developers on record :)
