Button Responses : Are responses to "messages" inside messager that include extended functions. The information found here, will help you create your button responses and see how the functions will work going forward. In the future, we plan to update the wizard for better user experience.
Your button response can include up to 3 buttons, that allow you to engage with your "user" more effectively, given them 3 options to selection. There is also a message that can accompany this response, which is like all others in character maximums of 300.
Our Button Response is limited to "click" and "website", if you want to have a "push to call" or "click to call" - please use our click-to-call response as it is more effective for you.
